SINKROSS LLC is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of automation systems for explosion hazardous industries. One of the Company’s main activities is providing oil and gas companies with fire protection and gas control automation systems. Hardware and software system KTS-2000 has been developed at the enterprise and is intended for building fire alarm systems, control of gas admissible concentrations and monitoring of fire fighting units of various types. The enterprise stands out from other manufacturers for its integrated approach to the development of Automatic Process Control System of geographically distributed facilities and industries. The control system can be designed using home-made controllers as well as foreign-made PLCs (Siemens, Fanuc, Modicon, etc.). A range of primary sensors, fire detectors and alarms have been developed and put into series production. All the manufactured equipment has the required package of current certificates and permits for use.
Over the last 10 years, about 300 automation systems of general and special purpose have been implemented and are successfully operated at the facilities of Gazprom PJSC, Transneft PJSC, Lukoil Oil Company, Rosneft, TNK-PB and Caspian Pipeline Consortium, such as:
• fire alarm and fire suppression control;
• temperature monitoring;
• vibration control;
• tank farm automation;
• process parameters collection, control and transmission;
• automatic pressure control;
• oil blending;
• pig receiver valves monitoring and control;
• perimeter security alarm and access control.
To substitute foreign-made PLCs, in 2014 SINKROSS LLC started and in May of 2015 successfully completed development of PLC K-4000 for Automatic Control Systems of low and medium information capacity.
The Company’s progress and growth have been marked by the development of Universal Intelligent Detector UID-01 that is our innovative product in the field of various facilities’ safety systems. In 2016 UID-01 was tested for integration in robotic fire monitors automatic control systems. This product is used in the project of Moscow Dynamo Stadium upgrade.
Over the last two years, SINKROSS LLC has manufactured and implemented fire detection systems and fire suppression control systems for such facilities as cosmodromes Plesetsk and Vostochnyi.
Quality Management System ISO 9001 is being successfully applied in the Company. In accordance with the requirements of this system, SINKROSS LLC experts provide consultative and engineering support, warranty and post-warranty maintenance as well as analyze customers’ feedback on SINKROSS LLC equipment. The obtained data indicate the customers’ high opinion on the output goods as well as prompt and efficient work of the Company’s service engineers.
